Sweet
This is only your second Sunday in Ottawa. Wait, you have visited only one church. As I am writing this you are in a second service. (I am sure)

The Lord brought you to Ottawa, He ain't finished with you yet!!!!

I will get a good report later on today I am sure.

Love you and miss you!

Maybe you will have to start your own. :)

Hi, I agree with Nancy, its maybe an idea to "start your own church?"

How's Ottawa?
Do the girls like it there?
Please post some more news, when you've have the time of course...

I'd like to know everything!

I was thinking what Nancy had said even before your second Sunday there. But I didn't want to say anything because that just seems like a lot of work and you'd need members. Some people search for a long time to find a church they feel connected with. There is nothing wrong with that.

There is no hurry now. Maybe you are supposed to learn about how other churches operate. God is in those places as well.

Give it some time and pray lots.

Maybe you could attend the Vineyard ALL the way across town for a few months and then ask if you could start your own sister church. You never know, there may be members in your area. You just never know. (but I'm sure you've thought about lots of scenarios already)

Have you hooked up at all with Faytene Kriskow? She's a fireball! I think she has a website. Not sure what church she's involved in - might be a house of prayer.
*hugs*

Deanna...

I've heard OF her (long story). How do you know her?

Lynne....At this point we don't feel like we're here to start anything. The most I'd do is a housegroup as part of a larger church. God knows tho....I keep telling myself that He won't leave us stranded!

You're not saying it but we all know what you're wanting: You're looking for a church where they sing your songs, aren't you?

C'mon, admit it!

Sean

You want a church in Ottawa too? What a Coincidence!! hehe

Ron,

Since my CD is now a couple years old, that would make any church still using them a little behind the times!

Hi ,
Yvonne SORRY but on my blog the "comments' are (Dutch) called 'reacties':) so ehhh I cannot change that in comments, hmmm I don' know why.

Thanks for your visit anyway!

You'll find a place that feels doable Yvonne. Just give it time. Consider this your chance to see what an intercessor in Ottawa is up against. ;-)

I don't personally know Faytene, but my family does. She has hooked up with them a few times when she's been through the maritimes.
