Holy Poop.
Packing for myself is one thing. Packing enough for 2 kids to survive for 14 days is a whole other reality!
Our bedroom has 8 suitcases laying open. (that's not counting the carry-on)
Renee loaned us her suitcase (Thanks, Ren!) because she's staying here for Christmas.
For those of you who don't know...Renee will be moving back to Winnipeg at the end of January. (Thus the reason she's staying here for Christmas....she has to save up for the move back) We are all very sad, but at the same time, we are going to support whatever decision she makes! And I kinda know DEEP DEEP down that it's a good move. It's just hard to imagine life without her! *sigh*
Okay...enough stalling. Back to packing.

Hi there. I'm Yvonne, and I'm a wife, Mom of 2 and business chick. Welcome!I started this blog 17 years ago, back when most people said "What's a Blog?" (and before Facebook!) Well, I'm still here maintaining this blog when I can, simply to continue archiving all the memories that I have invested here. :)
We moved to Ottawa in August of 2007, but I've spent the previous years of my life in a city called Winnipeg (Ever heard of it?) I've been a worship leader for over 33 years, and I often say that "I don't really like music...I just love worship"

What a lot of suitcases! But with four people and 14 days to go? I think its not too much...Packing for a GREAT reason, holiday-celbrations and going to Winnipeg for Christmas! I am really looking forwards to all your 'stories' but enjoy yourself with the family, is more important! Make lots of pictures pleeeeaaass!

*1 side-I am glad for her wish her good luck!
*2Th side, sad for you Yvonne/Jason and Anneka-Aila, you all will miss her terrible much!,
