Gotta love the All-Bran cereal line by Kelloggs.

First, the All-Bran bites. 1 point for a bag. And they are pretty tasty!

Second, All-Bran Bars. They are 2 points, and 4 grams of fibre. They just came out with some new flavours, including Oatmeal Cinnamon, and Chocolate Chip. One of these with a fat-free yogurt, and you have a pretty filling, healthy 3 pt snack.

Then of course, their Cereal is the highest fibre (lowest point) Bran Flake cereal on the market. It's all I eat. (I add some raisins, and a little brown sugar)
