Petition for Canadians

I thought democracy meant that the people's vote was their voice, and it could make a difference. If we allow governmental leaders to simply ignore the voter's voice, we have nothing left.

They have made our voices
small,
insignificant,
and devalued.

To me, it doesn't matter what political party we voted for. This is about our voices being made insignificant. Why vote if your leaders don't value your vote?
