We moved to Ottawa in August of 2007, but I've spent the previous years of my life in a city called Winnipeg (Ever heard of it?) I've been a worship leader for over 33 years, and I often say that "I don't really like music...I just love worship"

They have said that, yes, but first: I'm not sure I believe them.
Secondly, I don't care about their actual age..this is about perception. They have purposely airbrushed these girls to make them look younger and kept the makeup child-like and innocent...and then had them pose seductively. Whether the girl is 15 or 23, the intent is the same.
well, I'm glad they pulled them but it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. and I'm grateful that my flyers haven't been coming for a few months so I didnt get one at home. Haven't decided if I will go back to superstore and the Loblaws by my house is turning into a No Frills (UGH!) so I may stick to Loeb for a while. Not that Superstore needs or cares about my business, but still...makes me feel better.
Now if we could just do something about the rock radio station ad of the pregnant teen. That one makes me just as angry!
and the porn shop on Bank street with all their paraphenalia visible in the window. ARGGH.
