wet, cold & windy

It was wet. It was cold. It was windy. It was wet, cold and windy. The rain never stopped. The wind whipped around my umbrella. We actually used 2 umbrellas...one to anchor the big one from the wind. I was basically enclosed in an umbrella tent. So cold....

It would be different if I understood football. I mean, all I know is that running to the other side is good. Letting the other team run is bad. I didn't watch even one minute of the game. Cheryl and I just counted the minutes till the end. (Cheryl was my partner in misery, under my gargantuan umbrella!)

I feel really bad that I couldn't have enjoyed it more, for Joyska and Kristin's sake. I was so cold and wet and bored that I couldn't even FAKE it! haha. If it would have been sunny and warm, I could have at least tried to watch the game.

At one point I said to Cheryl "If hell is relative to everyone...like if it's a different place to each person, depending on their personalities....then this would be my hell. It makes me want to repent for all my sins...just to cover all my bases!"

Sadly, I think last night would be considered Joyska and Kristin's version of HEAVEN....and in that case....I'd think twice about going. *tee hee*

Today I feel really really tired. I just want to sleep. Alas....I must care for my adorable children.

ps....the Bombers lost.
