Cracking the code
Tee hee, that's funny play on words for me.
I have many-a-time called Brownies "my crack". If I could choose one food to eat at every meal for the rest of my life, it would be brownies. (is there ANYTHING a brownie can't do?)
However, brownies are usually full of fat and calories, and thus a "non-healthy" choice if you like to eat a few of them. Low Fat brownies usually taste...well...low fat. I have been on the hunt for the perfect Low Fat (yet high fat tasting) brownies.
After a couple weeks of experimenting with recipes, I am VERY close to posting the most perfect brownie recipe. (Jason has even woken up at 1am to the smell of brownies when I couldn't sleep! After all...when you can't sleep....bake brownies!)
I'll keep you all posted....
