Nope. Thyroid is normal. (At least, they didn't mention it)

But it appears I have very low iron, which would explain my tiredness. The doc wants me on a "Palafer" asap. I had NO clue what that was, until I Googled it. It's a supplement with Iron, Folic Acid, and Vitamin C.

Fancy name. Why don't they just call it "Iron Supplement"?

Sheesh.

I'm curious what your levels are? Mine was considered 'normal'; however, thankfully I had a doctor who treated me based on my symptoms instead. I had ALL the symptoms, so he finally put me on a thyroid medicine and it changed my life! I think it'd be worth finding out what your levels are just to rule it out yourself. Just my two cents. :)

Glad to hear your thyroid is fine! I used to (praying I'm healed) have really bad iron, too. I recommend drinking lots of orange juice & eating leafy greens with those pills : )

My friend Elaine has been on and off of iron pills so many times. Sometimes it would be dangerously low.

Having to take pills for low thyroid or low iron is not a problem. It wouldn't be the end of the world - just the beginning of having more energy for life. I'm glad that you are actively searching for answers. Good job.
