I've never found it in stores, but I finally figured out the recipe!
HONEY ALMOND CREAM CHEESE
- 1 brick of light cream cheese (or regular if you like to eat calories)
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of crushed toasted almonds
Using a mixer, mix the cream cheese in a bowl, gradually adding milk until it’s fluffy. Add honey..and mix…Add almonds, mix.
Let it sit in the fridge so the flavours combine.
This will make about 2 cups. It's amazing on bagels, crackers, as a fruit dip or even as an icing! Its SOOOO yummy!
